Recognition at scale.

Manulife Vietnam needed to deliver its annual agency recognition event — but at a scale never attempted before in the industry. 5,000 attendees, on an island, in 3 days.

Beyond logistics, the brand wanted to transform the event from a traditional awards ceremony into something agents would remember as the highlight of their career.

Our Approach

A festival, not a ceremony.

We reframed the event from "awards night" to "experience festival" — a 3-day production combining mainstage concert, live broadcast across Vietnam, brand storytelling moments, and immersive VIP experiences for top performers.

The technical challenge: coordinate 5,000 attendees, 200+ crew, mainstage A-list performances, and live multi-camera broadcast — all on a remote island with limited infrastructure.
