The Brief

Beyond the showroom.

Range Rover Vietnam wanted to elevate its VIP customer experience beyond traditional dealership events — to give owners a chance to feel what their vehicles were engineered for, not just admire them in showrooms.

The challenge: deliver a multi-day track experience that combined adrenaline, luxury hospitality, and exclusive press access — without compromising on safety or the brand's premium positioning.

Our Approach

Adrenaline, hosted.

We designed a 3-day immersive program at a private circuit, transforming the venue into a curated luxury experience zone. Owners arrived to chauffeured welcomes, professional driving instructors, and a hospitality lounge designed in Range Rover's signature aesthetic.

Each day balanced track sessions with VIP dinners, off-road challenges, and intimate brand storytelling moments — creating shareable moments that turned attendees into brand ambassadors.
