The challenge: produce 12 episodes (45-60 min each) over 6 months, with each episode also yielding 6-8 social-native cuts for distribution across TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
We designed every episode as both a long-form interview and a content-engine yielding 6-8 derivative pieces. Studio set, multi-camera production, custom graphics package, and a 12-month editorial calendar.
