800 educators. 12 thought leaders. One question: what does the next decade of Vietnamese education look like?
Yola — Vietnam's leading English education brand — wanted its annual gathering to feel less like a corporate event and more like a moment of national education leadership.
The brief: convene 800 educators and policymakers around a single, urgent question. Invite international thought leaders. Produce content that would shape industry conversation for the next year.
We reframed the event from "annual gathering" to "industry-defining summit" — featuring 12 hand-curated thought leaders (international + Vietnamese), 4 panel sessions on the future of education, and 6 hours of curated networking.
Pre-event: each panelist contributed a written essay published as a digital magazine. Post-event: full content archive distributed to all 800 attendees as professional development resource.
12 panelist essays published as a digital magazine pre-event.
International thought leaders + Vietnamese policymakers in dialogue.
Full archive distributed for ongoing professional development.
They didn't deliver an event — they shaped the agenda for our entire industry. Every educator I know is still talking about it.
